Interactive learning the whole school joins in
We design AI EdTech, interactive campus experiences, teacher AI training and SEN learning technology for primary and secondary schools. Led by a senior game producer and product manager of fifteen years — from concept to launch in days, not quarters.
Work
All real and in use in Hong Kong schools.
Doodle Cup
Students draw a character on a colouring sheet and scan it — AI turns it into a 3D player and reads its art style to set the coach and ability stats. An AI commentator calls the match in natural Cantonese, and cross-subject quiz challenges hand the edge to whoever answers correctly. Afterwards the school issued personal accounts so students could carry on over the summer, and used the activity records to follow each student's progress across subjects.
Starry Art Wall
Children colour in an astronaut, walk to the scanning station and let an iPad take a photo. Seconds later the system has recognised, corrected and cut out the artwork, pinned it to a moving character and set it drifting across a wall-sized starfield. No keyboard, no password, no instructions — colour it, scan it, look up and find yourself.
Speak to Watch
A micro-learning loop built around speaking aloud: AI analyses each attempt as the student speaks, and the animation plays on only when the word lands. "bicycle kick", "knee slide" and other words they rarely meet slip into their vocabulary in spare moments.
Services
AI EdTech
Applying AI across teaching, learning and assessment — from preparing what happens in class, to how students take part, to reading how they progress; designed around how the school actually works.
Interactive Campus Experiences
Projection walls, scan-to-wall, motion-sensing games: the highlights of open days and event days — concept, production and on-site delivery, all in one pair of hands.
Teacher AI Training
Teachers build their own AI teaching tools hands-on; we cover only the AI knowledge they will actually use — no abstract theory, and each teacher leaves with one piece of work that fits their own lesson plan.
SEN Learning Technology
Working closely with in-school professionals to build tailored tools for students with special educational needs; from small pilots to school-wide rollout, refined around how the school actually works.
About Dawnbreaker
"We are not a software vendor — we are led by a producer who understands schools."
Dawnbreaker is an education production team for Hong Kong schools, founded by Bowie Lee — a senior game producer and product manager of fifteen years who led products at Animoca Brands, Coda Payments, CAPSL Entertainment, Side Quest and others, from App Store chart-topping games and online worlds with thousands of concurrent players to an esports tournament with 20,000 participants. Now he brings the same production standards into Hong Kong schools: a small team, fast delivery, and work that actually lands.
